J. Blalock was an Earth Starfleet science officer during the 22nd century.

In January of 2155, Blalock was a scientist at the Fleet Operations Center on Earth. Blalock shared an office in room 5555 with "Space Hero" S. Bakula, surgeon J. Billingsley, tactical officer D. Keating, "Top Gun" A. Montgomery, communications officer L. Park and engineer C. Trinneer. (ENT: "Demons" set artwork)

Blalock's name was seen on a directory plaque on the set of "Demons". The name is an in-joke reference to Star Trek: Enterprise star Jolene Blalock, who played T'Pol, the Vulcan science officer aboard the NX-01 Enterprise.
