Jacqueline Brookes (born 24 July 1930; age 79) is an actress who played Rear Admiral Brand in the Star Trek: The Next Generation episode "The First Duty". She also appeared in the film Ghost Story (1981, with Alice Krige, Craig Wasson, and Robin Curtis), and in the 1993 film The Good Son alongside Daniel Hugh Kelly.
