Jade Quon (also known as Shannon Quon) is a stuntwoman and action actress who is currently performing utility stunts in the upcoming Star Trek under stunt coordinator Joey Box.

With a background in dance and experiences as dancer at the 42nd Annual Grammy Awards (2000) and as choreographer for the comedy The Debut (2000), Quon made her first steps into the stunt business when she performed stunts for the comedy Not Another Teen Movie (2001, with Ed Lauter, Michael Ensign, and stunts by Justin Sundquist). She played a stunt alien in Men in Black II (2002, with stunts by Derek Mears and Gene LeBell), performed utility stunts in the thriller Collateral (2004, featuring Bruce McGill, with stunts by Simone Boisseree, Angela Meryl, and Lin Oeding) and the horror thriller Devil's Den (2006, alongside Bridgett Riley). She also doubled actress Janel Parrish in the comedy Bratz (2007, with Chrissy Weathersby and Darlene Williams).

Quon doubled actress Brenda Song in several episodes of The Suite Life of Zack and Cody and Hannah Montana (2006, under stunt coordinator Christopher Doyle), served as stunt coach for the Heroes episode "The Line" (2007, with Zachary Quinto, Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa, and stunts by Hugh Aodh O'Brien), and performed stunts on the series Numb3rs (2006, with Lauren Kim) and CSI: New York (2007). Quon also appeared in several commercials, including stunt doubling for Lucy Liu in a Suntory Beer commercial. She even doubled as the character of Jill Valentine in the Resident Evil 5 video game.

Among her recent stunt projects are the comedy Step Brothers (2008, with Adam Scott and Rosine "Ace" Hatem), Pink Panther 2 (up for 2009), and the thriller The Girl from the Naked Eye (2008, with Sidney Liufau and stunts by Fernando Chien and Lauren Kim).
