Jeff Ricketts is the actor who played the Axanar captain in the Star Trek: Enterprise episode "Fight or Flight" and Keval in "The Andorian Incident".
Aside from Star Trek, Ricketts has also appeared in many television shows including: The Drew Carey Show, Angel, Dragnet, NYPD Blue, and Firefly with Dennis Cockrum. He also appeared in the 2003 movie Holes, and the 2002 movie Clockstoppers.
