Jil Orra

Jil Orra was the daughter of the Cardassian Gul Madred. Her father routinely allowed her to visit him during his work, when she visited him, she sometimes would take her pet wompat with her.

She visited Madred during his interrogation and torture of Jean-Luc Picard. She asked him if Humans had parents. Madred said that they did, but that they didn't love their children like Cardassians. Picard was surprised that he allowed his daughter to witness his interrogations. (TNG: "Chain of Command, Part II")
