Jo'Kala is a city located on Bajor.
An old Bajoran story tells about three brothers, who found a giant kava root and wanted to sell it in Jo'Kala. This story was told by Kira Nerys to Captain Sisko in 2372. (DS9: "Starship Down")
- In an interesting twist, Sisko tells Kira the story in the novel "Warpath", after she was left injured and unconscious by a Jem'Hadar attack.
