John Bellah

John Bellah is an actor who has appeared in two first season episodes Star Trek: The Original Series, playing a sciences division crewmember who paints "love, mankind" on a wall and then laughs hysterically over the speakers when Leonard McCoy tries unsuccessfully to call Harrison.
