John Van Citters was the developer of the Starfleet Operations Manual suppliment to the Star Trek Roleplaying Game, which was published in 2003 by Decipher in conjunction with Paramount Pictures Product Development.
Van Citters is also the Manager of Licensed Publishing for CBS Consumer Products, and is frequently seen promoting Comic-cons. He also developed TV shows in the early '90s such as Afterburn and The Fear Inside.
