Joseph Campanella played the Arbitrator in the Star Trek: Voyager episode "Author, Author".
Years earlier, he was considered for the role of Kang in the original series episode "Day of the Dove", however, that role went to Michael Ansara. He also played the voice of Dr. Curt Connors and his alter ego, the Lizard, in the 1990's animated Spider-Man series.
