Josh was a child from Omicron Theta. He had painted a drawing of the Crystalline Entity.
Like another child who shared his first name, Josh didn't paint the feeding. His painting depicted the panic of the people upon the approach of the entity. His painting hung on a wall in Dr. Noonien Soong's laboratory. (TNG: "Datalore")
