Kalandra

Doctor Kalandra was a Federation physician in charge of a battlefield hospital on Ajilon Prime during the 2373 Klingon invasion. She and her staff became overburdened with the casualties from the Klingon attack. Dr. Julian Bashir assisted her after answering a distress call. She was able to evacuate her patients when Jake Sisko accidentally saved them by causing a cave-in that trapped the invading Klingons. Dr. Kalandra's husband was the science officer on board the USS Tecumseh. (DS9: "Nor the Battle to the Strong")

Dr. Kalandra was played by Karen Austin. She also appears in the non-canon video game Star Trek: Starship Creator.
