Lieutenant Karen Tracy was a medical technician aboard the USS Enterprise under the command of Captain James T. Kirk.
In 2267, Tracy transported down to the home of Prefect Jaris on Argelius II to conduct psychotricorder scans on chief engineer Montgomery Scott. Shortly after arriving, she was stabbed to death by the entity known as Redjac in possession of Scott's body. (TOS: "Wolf in the Fold")
Karen Tracy was played by actress Virginia Aldridge.
