Kathryn Hays (born 26 July 1933; age 76) portrayed Gem in the original series episode "The Empath" and appeared in many films and TV shows including The Alfred Hitchcock Hour, Bonanza, The Virginian, Night Gallery (with Leonard Nimoy), The Man From U.N.C.L.E. (with Alfred Ryder). She is most well-known to soap opera fans as Kim from As the World Turns (1972-present).
