Kava juice

Kava juice was a Bajoran beverage made from the kava fruit.

During the interruption of the Kal'Hyah ritual prior to Worf's marriage in 2374, Miles O'Brien and Julian Bashir ordered a kava juice at Quark's and preferred to wait for a freshly squeezed one instead of taking a replicated one. (DS9: "You Are Cordially Invited")

The fermented juice of a kava is known as springwine. (DS9: "Penumbra")
