Ensign Keeley was a Starfleet officer assigned to Enterprise in 2154.

In December of that year, Keeley was one of the first female officers to incur headaches from Orion slave girl pheromones. The cause of the headache was undetermined until Hoshi Sato received treatment several minutes later. (ENT: "Bound")
