Kelly was a MACO assigned to ISS Enterprise in 2155.
He accompanied Hoshi Sato to arrest T'Pol and they found her in a corridor. When Sato tried to kill T'Pol, the Vulcan officer knocked Kelly unconscious and had a fight with Sato. (ENT: "In a Mirror, Darkly, Part II")
- Kelly was like his real universe counterpart portrayed by stunt actor Kevin Derr, who received no credit for his appearance. Also like his real universe counterpart he wore the name tag E. Hamboyan, although this character was played by Andrew MacBeth.
