Kelly (Ensign)

Ensign Kelly was an officer aboard Deep Space 9, serving under Commander Benjamin Sisko in the 2370s.

In 2370, Kelly's daughter and a Bajoran girl worked together on a prize-winning science fair project. Kelly was among the Starfleet officers who decided to stay on DS9 following the temporary dissolution of the Bajoran Provisional Government. In Commander Sisko's plan to resist the Bajoran Militia take-over, Kelly was placed in Dr. Bashir's unit. (DS9: "The Siege")
