Kenneth Messeroll (born 15 April 1952; age 57), credited sometimes as Kenneth Meseroll, played tactical officer Ensign McDowell in TNG: "The Next Phase". He is lesser known for his uncredited voice work in the animated series Star Blazers as Derek Wildstar in the first two series, later entitled "The Quest for Iscandar" and "The Comet Empire".
