Koganka pudding is a Bajoran dessert.

It is Bajoran tradition to give the koganka pudding to a soon-to-be bride. Kasidy Yates received a number of bowls of the pudding while she sat at Quark's following the announcement of her upcoming marriage to Benjamin Sisko in late 2375. (DS9: "Strange Bedfellows")
