Korris I champagne was a champagne produced on the planet Korris I in the 24th century.
In 2369, Dr. Julian Bashir informed Lieutenant Jadzia Dax in one of Deep Space 9's holosuites that Quark had champagne from Korris I in his bar, hoping to woo her into a date with him. However, she and Commander Benjamin Sisko had dinner plans that night. (DS9: "A Man Alone")
