Kotoi

The shuttlecraft Kotoi was a type-7 shuttlecraft, number 07 aboard the USS Liberator.
The Kotoi escaped the destruction of the Liberator at the Battle of Wolf 359 but was seriously damaged by the Borg, resulting in a massive hull breach and the death of a crewmember aboard the shuttle.
The shuttle was later found adrift amongst the destroyed starships upon the arrival of the USS Enterprise-D. (TNG: "The Best of Both Worlds, Part II")
The Kotoi was apparently part of the debris field at Wolf 359, although it has not been firmly identified on screen. A photograph of the model appears in The Art of Star Trek.
