Kristine Fernandez was a lieutenant in Starfleet in the 24th century.

In 2371, she was listed among Fleet Ops personnel on the dedication plaque of the USS Voyager. Fernandez was also listed on the starship's crew manifest as read out from the ship's computer. (Star Trek: Voyager set artwork, "The Killing Game")

Fernandez was named for production staff associate Kristine Fernandez. The character's name and rank were featured in the Voyager crew manifest, as well as her name's appearance on the dedication plaque.
