Lanei Chapman

Lanei Chapman (born 23 January 1973; age 36) is an actress who appeared in four episodes of Star Trek: The Next Generation as helmsman Ensign Sariel Rager. Her role in TNG would lead to a starring role in the sci-fi series Space: Above and Beyond as 1st Lt. Vanessa Damphousse. She would also co-star with Whoopi Goldberg as her estranged daughter in the film Rat Race.
