Lathal Bine

Lathal Bine was a Peliar Zel native, a resident of Beta moon, during the 24th century. Slightly impetuous and young, Bine nevertheless represented the Betans during Federation-mediated negotiations with Alpha moon in 2367.

Thirty years earlier, in 2337, Bine's aunt had also represented Beta during similar negotiations. In both instances the representative of Beta moon was Kalin Trose and both instances were mediated by Ambassador Odan. (TNG: "The Host")

Lathal Bine was played by Robert Harper. The costume worn by Harper as Bine was auctioned off in the It's A Wrap! sale and auction.
