Lee Arenberg was born in Palo Alto, California on 18 July 1962. A versatile actor, he has appeared in numerous films and TV shows, ranging from Scrubs to CSI. He also played Pintel, one of the sinister undead pirates in the films Pirates of the Carribean: The Curse of the Black Pearl, Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest, and Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End, with co-star Vanessa Branch.
His Star Trek outings consist of three appearances as Ferengi, as well as other aliens. He has played two completely unrelated characters named Gral, one a Ferengi and one a Tellarite.
Arenberg once guest starred in the short-lived series Live Shot. Other Star Trek stars who were cast members include David Birney, Karen Austin, Ron Canada, Jeff Yagher, Bruce McGill and Sam Anderson. Star Trek stars who also guest starred include Casey Biggs, Chase Masterson, Dion Anderson, John Schuck, Hal Landon, Jr., Cully Fredricksen and Kenneth Tigar.
