Lemuel "Lem" Perry is an actor who served as main stand-in for Tim Russ during the run of Star Trek: Voyager. He also appeared in several episodes as a background character and received no credit for all of his appearances. Perry also worked as background actor in several episodes of Star Trek: Enterprise.
Perry was pictured in the reference work Star Trek: Action!.
His also lent his voice to the video game Sim City (1993).
