Leonard H. McCoy was, in the mirror universe, the chief medical officer of that reality's ISS Enterprise, leading a very similar life (albeit with widely differing moral character) as his counterpart from our universe. His sickbay was filled with torture devices that appalled his parallel universe counterpart.

So alike were the actions of the two McCoys that they both spilled acid on tables in their respective sickbays, creating a duplicate burn mark on each. (TOS: "Mirror, Mirror")
