Leonid Brezhnev was a communist politician and leader of the Soviet Union from 1964 to 1982 during Earth's Cold War. After Jonathan Archer restored a damaged timeline, Brezhnev could be seen in the time stream as the timeline realigned itself. (ENT: "Storm Front, Part II")
