Les Landau, MD, DGA was a doctor who was a resident at Starbase 515 in 2365. His office was located in suite 03-1507. (TNG: "Samaritan Snare")

Landau was not mentioned in script or dialog, but his name appeared on a set decoration directory sign, listing several names of production staffers as the starbase's medical staff. This individual appears to be named for episode director Les Landau.
