Lieutenant Lewis was a male Starfleet officer assigned to the USS Enterprise-D during the mid-2360s, under Captain Jean-Luc Picard.

Upon receiving four new crew members from Starbase 179, in 2365, Commander William T. Riker ordered those on reassignment to report to Lt. Lewis who awaited them outside the transporter room with their quarter assignments. (TNG: "A Matter Of Honor")
