Livanian beets are a type of food that Morn shipped. They begin to rot if not used within a certain length of time.

When Quark inherited all of Morn's assets, practically the only thing of any value he found (prior to discovering the thousand bricks of gold-press latinum) was a shipment of Livanian beets that had gone bad. (DS9: "Who Mourns for Morn?")
