Lycia Naff

Lycia Naff (born 29 August 1962; age 47) played the role of Ensign Sonya Gomez in the Star Trek: The Next Generation episodes "Q Who" and "Samaritan Snare".
According to Naff, she was told by the show's producers that her character was initially conceived as a possible love interest for Geordi La Forge, but that story line was never pursued.In 1990, Naff was nominated for a Daytime Emmy in the category "Outstanding Performer in a Children's Special" for her role in The Perfect Date.
Naff also appeared briefly in Total Recall as the three-breasted mutant on Mars, as well as a prostitute in the original Lethal Weapon movie. She started her career as a dancer on the television show Fame. She also had a recurring role on the short-lived television series, The Flash and appeared in the horror comedy Chopper Chicks in Zombietown (aka Cycle Sluts; 1989; with Earl Boen and Rob King; stunts by Dennis Madalone)
In recent years she has also entered the field of journalism, writing for several newspapers and magazines, including a staff position at the Miami Herald in Miami, Florida. She currently writes The Dish column for US tabloid publication The Globe.
