Lydia Triplett is an actress who played a Kes aide in the Star Trek: The Next Generation episode "Attached". She was uncredited for her appearance and identified by the costume tag of her costume which was auctioned off on It's A Wrap! sale and auction on eBay.
This is her only known on-screen appearance.
