M'Rek
From Memory Alpha, the free Star Trek reference.
M'Rek was chancellor of the Klingon High Council in the mid-22nd century, who ascended to the position sometime after 2151.
While in pursuit of a Klingon Bird-of-Prey hijacked by Augments, the NX-01 Enterprise, disguised with a Klingon warp field, was contacted by a Klingon battlecruiser. Captain Jonathan Archer fooled the Klingons into withdrawing by claiming that he was transporting Chancellor M'Rek back to Qo'noS from negotiations with the Orions. (ENT: "The Augments")
- It seems highly probable that M'Rek was the Klingon chancellor played by Dan Desmond who appeared in ENT: "The Expanse" and gave Duras his chance for redemption. It may also be possible, given their very similar cranial ridges and general appearance, that the Chancellor seen in the episode "Broken Bow", is intended to be the same Chancellor mentioned here and played by different actors in the two episodes.
