Colonel M. March, USAF, was the officer on duty at the 498th Air Base during the accidental incursion of the USS Enterprise into 1969. (TOS: "Tomorrow is Yesterday")
Although not seen on screen, Colonel March's name appeared on a chalkboard outside Lieutenant Colonel Fellini's office.
