M. March

From Memory Alpha, the free Star Trek reference.

Colonel M. March, USAF, was the officer on duty at the 498th Air Base during the accidental incursion of the USS Enterprise into 1969. (TOS: "Tomorrow is Yesterday")

Although not seen on screen, Colonel March's name appeared on a chalkboard outside Lieutenant Colonel Fellini's office. Some believe that this shows the character played by Ed Peck to actually be M. March (since he should have been on duty at the time). The end credits, however, show that Peck played Fellini.
