Ensign Macormak was a 24th century female Starfleet officer who served aboard the USS Voyager, under Captain Kathryn Janeway, while that ship was lost in the Delta Quadrant.

According to Tuvok, Macormak would miss Ensign Bennet after his death in 2372, after Bennet claimed that he wasn't going to leave anybody behind. (VOY: "Innocence")
