Mandel

Ensign Mandel was a relief operations manager serving aboard the USS Enterprise-D. In 2368, Mandel was on the bridge when the ship struck a series of quantum filaments, causing serious damage and heavy casualties. Mandel suffered minor injuries and helped the remaining bridge crew restore power and scan for lifesigns in the rest of the ship, as the bridge had been sealed by emergency bulkheads. (TNG: "Disaster")
