Marcelo Tubert

Marcelo Tubert (aka Marc Tubert) is the actor who portrayed Acost Jared in the 1991 Star Trek: The Next Generation episode "Devil's Due".
He has appeared in many other television shows, as well as movies and video games. In 2001, Marcelo lent his voice to the video game Command & Conquer: Yuri's Revenge (with Michael Bell, Hamilton Camp, Phil Morris, Keith Szarabajka, and Marc Worden).
Later that year, Marcelo appeared on an ER episode "The Crossing" (with guests Michelle Bonilla, James Cromwell, Lily Mariye, Amy Wheaton, Jeffrey Dean Morgan, David Richards and Michael McGrady).
In 2004, he had a recurring role on The West Wing as Palestinian Prime Minister Saeb Mukarat, along side Star Trek: Enterprise's Steven Culp (Major Hayes).
More recently, he provided voice talents for the computer animated movie Over the Hedge, also starring William Shatner.
