Maria R. Kelly is a stuntwoman and stunt actress who performed stunts in Star Trek: The Next Generation, Star Trek: Deep Space Nine and Star Trek: First Contact.
Kelly is the daughter of choreographer Maurice Kelly and worked several years as a background extra in television series before she made her way as stuntwoman.
She doubled actresses such as Tracy Scoggins (in Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman, Watchers II, Timebomb, and Dead On), Leslie Hope, Ashley Judd, Kelly Lynch, Alexandra Paul, Mimi Rogers, Meg Ryan, Melinda Clarke, Denise Crosby, Michelle Forbes, Teri Hatcher (in Lois & Clark, Tango & Cash, Brain Smasher, and 2 Days in the Valley), Julia Roberts, and Geena Davis.
Among her stunt credits are television series such as China Beach ( with Robert Picardo), Chicago Hope, Roseanne, Rescue 911, Baywatch, Renegade (with Branscombe Richmond), seaQuest DSV (with Stephanie Beacham), Red Shoe Diaries, Sliders, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Soldiers of Fortune, Inc., V.I.P., and J.A.G..
