Marjorie Ellen Pivonka Mahoney, best known as Marj Dusay (born 20 February 1936; age 76) is the actress who played Kara in the TOS episode "Spock's Brain". She is widely known for playing Alexandra Spaulding on the soap opera Guiding Light.
