The Master of Tarquin Hill was a Kurlan pioneer in ceramic sculpture, who worked more then 12000 years before the 24th century. His designs were three hundred years ahead of their time. His name was never discovered by the Federation - he is simply known by his work, which includes the Third Dynasty Kurlan naiskos. (TNG: "The Chase")
