Meg Foster (born 10 May 1948; age 61) played Onaya in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine season four episode "The Muse".
Her original fame came in a starring role on Cagney & Lacey. She appeared in three episodes of Quantum Leap, alongside Scott Bakula. She has also made guest appearances in ER and Murder, She Wrote and played Hera in Hercules: The Legendary Journeys and Xena: Warrior Princess. She has also starred in science fiction and fantasy films such as Masters of The Universe (1987, with Anthony De Longis, Robert Duncan McNeill, and Frank Langella), They Live (1988, with Jeff Imada, Thelma Lee, and Gregory Barnett), Leviathan (1989, with Peter Weller), The Killer Within (1995, with Tom Hodges, Melanie Smith, and Eileen Seeley), and the Oblivion series of movies alongside Julie Newmar, Carel Struycken, George Takei, and Musetta Vander. She was married to Stephen McHattie.
