Unless User:Eyes Only has permission that he or she didn't include (or is the Ron Douglas fellow) we have a a copyvio. --- Jaz 18:08, 27 May 2009 (UTC)

- Eyes Only personally secured permission from the copyright owner, Ronald Douglas, for use of Star Trek actor images from his website on :MA. R.E. permission obtained for use of the Cirroc Lofton image. Mr. Douglas likes MA and has no problem with his images used here as it is a non-profit wiki and Eyes Only did the right thing and asked first. Here is the email:

- No problem, let me know when they are posted.

Every trailer I have doesn't contain this. Pretty sure I have them all...looks pretty grainy too - if the source is given and approved then all is good. — Morder 23:57, 9 June 2009 (UTC)
- I was wondering about this. The quality does not look like it came from a screencap and certainly not a publicity still. I have not seen it on any trailer either. I suggest speaking to the uploader to ascertain its source. – Crimsondawn hears you... 15:32, 21 June 2009 (UTC)
You're wrong. It is a publicity still that is on several sites (including entertainment sites). I believe it originated from MTV (according to a source I have linked to on its page), in fact. It's not a shot from the film at all. It's a shot taken during the filming of the scene. Links can be found on my page or the Spocks.jpg discussion page. Amber Lynn 01:34, 23 June 2009 (UTC)
