I was thinking that it would be nice to keep track of current discussion on any talk page not just TF or Ref Desk. So this forum and the {{talkforum}} template could be used to draw attention to ignored or just missed discussions. The discussion will still be linked to the article that it is about, and the list here will keep the most active ones at the top. It's kindof like a community watch list.
