Merri D. Howard (born 20 July 1957; age 52) was a producer and director for Star Trek: The Next Generation, Star Trek: Voyager and Star Trek: Enterprise. She also received "special thanks" in the credits of Star Trek: First Contact and Star Trek: Insurrection.
Her name appeared in an okudagram reference in TNG Season 2, where she was listed as a noted comedian. Her name also appeared on directory sign in TNG Season 5 and a dedication plaque in VOY Season 1 as a noted Starfleet officer. She later appeared on a dedication plaque in ENT Season 1 as a noted Earth Starfleet officer.
