Michael Bell (born 10 April 1938 in Brooklyn, New York; age 69) is one of the most proficient actors working today.
He guest starred in Star Trek: The Next Generation and Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. He had wanted to return to Star Trek by guest starring in Star Trek: Enterprise, but it was canceled before he was able to do so.
He has forged a body of work in voiceovers for animated series and video games. These include Star Trek: Armada II, Star Trek: Starfleet Command II: Empires at War, Star Trek: Deep Space Nine - The Fallen and Star Trek: New Worlds.
Bell provided his voice in The Transformers: The Movie, alongside fellow future and past Trek actors Leonard Nimoy, Frank Welker, Clive Revill, Chris Latta, Paul Eiding, B.J. Davis, and Roger C. Carmel. Neil Ross, Corey Burton, and Dan Gilvezan, three voice actors for several Star Trek games, also appeared with Bell in this film.
