In her one and only credited screen appearance, Michele Ameen Billy played the role of an Epsilon IX station lieutenant in Star Trek: The Motion Picture. At the time, she was the secretary to Harold Livingston, the film's screenwriter. She later married the film's associate producer, Jon Povill, and took the name Michele Billy-Povill.
She was interviewed in 2001 for the special feature Phase II: The Lost Enterprise on the Star Trek: The Motion Picture (The Director's Edition) DVD.
