Milo was a citizen of the Irish Village of
Fair Haven in
Tom Paris'
holodeck program of the same name. He was a ne'er-do-well who spent most of his time in the local pub. He witnessed
Maggie, another Fair Haven citizen who was on a date with
Harry Kim, being turned into a cow by Paris as a joke on Kim, not knowing that Milo was nearby. Milo and his friend
Seamus told the rest of the town about this incident. He convinced the residents that Tom, Kim and the rest of the crewmembers were wicked spirit folk. After capturing them he attempted to return them to the otherworld. After this failed he was in favor of burning them as witches.
Michael Sullivan persuaded him and the rest of the town to let them go after meeting with Captain
Kathryn Janeway. (
