The mint julep is an alcoholic cocktail from the southern United States of America on the planet Earth. A mint julep is traditionally made of four ingredients: mint, bourbon, sugar, and water.
Leonard McCoy was a big fan of mint juleps; he prepared one, Georgia-style, while relaxing under the influence of the Omicron spores in 2267. As soon as the spore's effect wore off, however, he tossed the drink aside. (TOS: "This Side of Paradise")
