Modulating plasma pulse

Modulating plasma pulses are a type of discharge fired from a modified plasma rifle.

In an alternate version of 1944, the Na'kuhl leader Vosk planned to deploy this type of modified weapon in the war effort against America. In the captured White House in Washington, DC on Earth, Vosk showed a German general video footage of the rifle being tested.

He claimed that each pulse was equivalent to three 88-millimeter shells and was capable of destroying a tank. However, it required considerable amounts of energy and was difficult to maneuver. (ENT: "Storm Front")
